URBAN GREEN
Organization Earth's initiatives for the development of urban greening reflect the Organization's commitment to promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions to improve the quality of life in cities. In addition to the obvious benefits to the urban environment, these initiatives also provide educational and healing opportunities for residents with a focus on vulnerable groups.

Breathing in the City
Organization Earth, in partnership with Procter & Gamble, has undertaken the creation of Green Public Infrastructure within the city, enhancing biodiversity and improving the quality of life for residents. So far, 22 Pocket Parks have been created in Attica, Thessaloniki and Larissa, transforming neighbourhoods into greener and friendlier areas. These parks are part of residents' daily lives, offering spaces for play, recreation and environmental education.

Social Organic Vegetable Garden of Petroupolis
Through the cooperation of Organization Earth with the Municipality of Petroupolis and the support of the Ioannis S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, the Social Organic Vegetable Garden of Petroupolis was created. An abandoned public space was transformed into a fertile garden that offers education, healthy food, and creative outlet to the community, aiming to promote a more sustainable lifestyle and social empowerment. Through this collaboration, the Vegetable Garden is already a benchmark for urban organic farming and sustainable agri-food, enhancing the nutritional self-sufficiency of participants while promoting reconnection of young and old with the land. Through this process, 40 families have created a community that learns and produces while contributing part of the harvest to local social structures, while schools visit the Vegetable Garden, where children have the opportunity to learn the value of good nutrition and the benefits of a more sustainable lifestyle. At the same time, experiential education workshops open to the public are held to develop green skills that are relevant to everyone's daily life.
Therapeutic Garden at the Asklepieion of Voula
In addition, Organization Earth has developed the first pilot therapeutic garden in a public hospital, the Asclepieion of Voula. This garden includes aromatic plants and an organic vegetable garden that will serve the needs of the new wing of the Child Psychiatry Clinic. The garden will offer children the opportunity to get in touch with nature, contributing to their healing and well-being.
