Alexis Galinos
Alexis Galinos is an economist specializing in development policy. He is currently the Executive Director of Organization Earth and Vice President of the Athens & Epidaurus Festival.
He has previously served as CEO of the Athens Development and Destination Management Agency (2011–2019) and as Advisor to the Mayor of Athens.
He has also worked as a Special Secretary and Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a consultant for the World Bank.
He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a BA in Economics from Bates College.

Alexis Giannarakis
Alexandros Kotsis Giannarakis is responsible for the design and implementation of agri-food programs at Organization Earth. He also serves on the General Secretariat of IFOAM AgriBioMediterraneo, the Mediterranean regional body of IFOAM Organics International, the world’s leading organization for Organic Agriculture. Additionally, he is an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, representing Organization Earth. He holds a degree in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Edinburgh.

Christos Darmogiannis
Sport for Development Educator.
He implements programs aimed at the personal development and improvement of participants' social and physical well-being through sports, and designs initiatives for the social inclusion of unaccompanied minors and children living in refugee accommodation centers.
He is a graduate of the University of Piraeus, Department of Industrial Management and Technology, a basketball analyst, and a former professional basketball player with ten years of experience in Greece’s national leagues.

Nicoletta Karystinou
Nikoletta Karystinou is responsible for the design and implementation of environmental education activities at Organization Earth. She is an agronomist with a degree from the Agricultural University of Athens, Department of Natural Resources Management and Agricultural Engineering. Her academic background also includes certification as an adult education instructor, and she is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Development at the University of Piraeus and the Department of Biology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Irene Lorenzatou
Eirini Lorentzatou, Sport for Development Coordinator.
She designs and implements sports programs aimed at enhancing the social and physical well-being of participants through athletic activity. She is a graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialization in Adapted Physical Activity, and holds a degree in School Psychology from the University of the Aegean.
She has been actively involved in Paralympic sports, serving as a national Boccia judge and Goalball coach, and has worked on numerous programs for children with or without disabilities.

Angeliki Bambalouka
Aggeliki Bampalouka studied Communication at the State University of New York. In 1993, she began working in Marketing roles at multinational companies, and in 1998 she started her career in the media industry. She has served as Commercial Director for major media outlets both offline and online — including NatGeo, Fox, LinkedIn, Twitter, WeTransfer, among others.
She joined the Organization Earth team in 2018 as the Head of Strategic Corporate Partnerships.

Stefanos Batsis
Stefanos Batsis is a legal professional with postgraduate studies in Environmental Law and the Sociology of Sports. He is part of the editorial team of Kaboom magazine and co-founder and manager of Plithos publishing. He has worked in the humanitarian sector and, at Organization Earth, he is responsible for the design and implementation of sports programs.

Yannis Borsis
Giannis Borsis is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the "Center of the Earth" and the "Pocket Parks." He has also been cooking for Organization Earth for the past 8 years, as part of the collective kitchen during corporate events held at the "Center of the Earth," as well as for the "Sundays at the Earth" gatherings.
He was in charge of organizing and meeting the kitchen needs at the temporary refugee camp at the Port of Piraeus, and he participated in the Shamiyaana – Food for Thought: Thought for Change project as part of Documenta 14.

George Xepapadakos
Since 2012, he has been the operations manager of the environmental education park "Center of the Earth," working in plant cultivation, natural environment preservation, and experiential learning.
He specialized in organic farming and landscape architecture, working in the orchards and gardens of the Iviron Monastery on Mount Athos (1998–2006) and at the Monastery of Saint Catherine in Sinai (1997).
He has published articles in To Vima, Kathimerini, Eleftherotypia, Ethnos, Realnews, and Protagon.gr. He has also worked as a radio producer for ERA-4, Kosmos 93.6 FM, and Galaxy 92 FM.
He is the author of folklore studies, photo albums, and travel guides published by Pegasos Editions.

Evi Pavlakou
Evi Pavlakou implements Environmental Education and Social Inclusion programs at Organization Earth for both children and adults. She is an agronomist and a graduate of the Department of Crop Science at the Agricultural University of Athens. At the same time, she is pursuing an interdepartmental postgraduate degree offered by the Departments of Agriculture and Special Education at the University of Thessaly, titled Education for Sustainability and the Environment.

Sunday Retzeka
Kyriaki Retzeka, Program Manager.
She is responsible for designing and coordinating the organization’s annual programming, including implementation and management, the development of new strategies and partnerships, funding applications, and the planning of events and activities.
She is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus.
She has managed and coordinated over 30 projects with more than 6,000 beneficiaries in the humanitarian and environmental sectors, in collaboration with international NGOs and foundations such as UNHCR, IRC, UEFA Foundation for Children, Barcelona Foundation, Yuri Djorkaeff Foundation, and UNICEF.

Fotini Retzo
Fotini Retzo studied Sociology at Panteion University and European Project Planning and Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In 2015, she began working as a coordinator for the Ministry of Migration Policy at the Refugee Accommodation Center in Elaionas.
She joined the Organization Earth team in 2017 as the coordinator of the refugee labor market integration program. Since 2018, she has been responsible for managing European, national, and private funding for Organization Earth.

Vasilis Stamogiannis
Vasilis Stamogiannis, Community Engagement Manager.
He has served as a key member of NGOs at both national and European levels (JEF-Europe, MEDASSET, Aegean Rebreath) and has extensive experience in developing participatory actions and initiatives in collaboration with active citizen groups, municipalities, foundations, and institutions.
From 2016 to 2019, he was part of the synAthina team — the award-winning civic engagement platform of the City of Athens — and from 2018 to 2021, he contributed to developing collaborative actions between refugees and active citizen groups in Athens, as a Community Engagement Specialist for the "Curing the Limbo" program.
He holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Leuven, with a thesis on the European legislative framework for genetically modified crops.

Vicky Stavropoulou
Vicky Stavropoulou, Program Manager, is responsible for the design and implementation of Environmental Education and Social Inclusion programs (funded by the EU and national initiatives), which aim to educate participants on sustainability issues and promote the social integration of vulnerable groups.
She holds a degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management. She has extensive professional experience in project design and management in collaboration with NGOs, companies, and educational institutions in the United Kingdom.

Alexander Haydar Aldahan
Athletic educator who provides structured physical training using specialized methodology and pedagogy to achieve therapeutic outcomes, promoting recovery, personalization, and social inclusion.
He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utrecht. He is trained as a RECBT psychotherapist by the Hellenic Institute for Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, organizing and coordinating psychology seminars at the Athens Seminar Center. He has collaborated with special therapy centers, offering sessions for children and teens, and has completed the Level 1 EFT/HiEFT training program.
